If you are truly dissatisfied with your purchase or there was a mistake on my end, please contact me and we can discuss the best option.

My policy last 30 days. Earrings must be unworn and returned in the same condition as received. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. I do not do returns or exchanges based on wrong size or buyers remorse. Please reach out with any questions or  concerns regarding the size or fit before purchasing.

Jewelry Care

Handmade Jewelry is artwork and should be treated as such to ensure its longevity. Beadwork should be stored either flat or hung on some sort of jewelry display. Threat has a memory, do not go in the water with your earrings, do not leave your jewels laying in the sun, this could cause warping of the thread and funky fringe. If the fringe gets curly you can help it straighten out by gently running your fingers through it.
